What do you think?
We want to start the reunion early so we can all enjoy the day together. Do you think your family can make it to the park by 12:00? I want to have a photographer meet us there and do family and group pictures. I want to do the pictures first thing so everyone looks their best. I know a few unnamed family members have a hard time being on time.... So if we start at noon and have the photographer there by 12:30 will everyone be able to make it?
What to bring?
After talking to a few very important people we have decided to put up a food sign up sheet. So here are the items needed and then all you have to do is leave a comment telling us what you will be bringing. The reunion will not be a success without help from everyone.
Nanny plans on bringing: hot dogs, ham, casseroles, chuck wagon beans, juice, a couple salads, and whatever else she can possible think of. Lets try to lighten her load as much as possible.
Items Needed:
Large Veggie Tray
Large Fruit Tray
Salads (leave in your comment which type)
Soft Drinks (several people can bring different kinds of pop)
Water
Bags of Chips
Cookies
Desserts
Bags of Ice
Anything else I am forgetting

Basic Information
The family reunion is set for Saturday, July 25th. We have not quite pinned down a time yet.
It will take place at Lewisville Park in Battle Ground, WA. You can go to this website for park info.

Nanny is estimating that around 50 family members should be attending. She wants everyone to be there.
Nanny is providing some food for everyone. We are asking each person to bring an item (side dish/salad/dessert/drinks). I am thinking about either assigning items or putting up a sign up sheet. What do you think will work best?
I do want to organize a few planned activities both for the kids and the adults. More to come later.
There are a lot of activities to do within the park. There are playgrounds, sport fields, trails, and even a nice river for swimming.
